Emancipation Center One celebrates the rich culture of the Third Ward while providing much needed services like affordable housing, community spaces, and affordable office spaces for organizations engaged in affordable housing advocacy, administration and support services. We worked closely with the community as well as the founders of Project Row Houses to develop a project that was layered with its community's identity.
